Sierra Speaker Series: Donner Relief Expedition Finale

Join us for a special Sierra Speaker Series - Donner Relief Expedition Finale on February 18th at Donner Memorial State Park. The presentation starts at 2 pm, followed by Q & A. Attendance is free, but pre-registration is mandatory (limited capacity) and masks are required indoors. $5 State Park parking fee applies. Attendees will receive a free copy of the booklet, The Donner Party: Heroism, Pathos, and the Human Spirit.

Timeline:
Noon (not ticketed) - Welcome the Forlorn Hope Rescue Party at their endpoint of the 5-day journey, in front of the Pioneer Monument; public is welcomed.
2 - 4 pm (tickets required) - Presentation and panel discussion in the Donner Memorial State Park Visitor Center, followed by Q & A.
Registration for Sierra State Parks Foundation events and activities
constitutes an agreement by the registrant to use and distribution
(both now and in the future) of the registrant's image or voice in
photographs, videos and electronic reproductions of such events and
activities by SSPF.
